These talks, seminars and community-based efforts aim at exploring the interconnectedness between individual introspection and wider systems, alongside multifaceted stakeholders.
Our approach
1. Putting human interaction at the centre of our approach
By offering an attentive presence and a personalized relationship, we pride ourselves on creating oases for reconnection and exploration.
We focus on human connection to provide a unique offering in a disconnected age. Digital and AI tools are rarely used because they are enablers, not replacements. Our experience shows that positive change happens most effectively in a safe space, surrounded by people and nature.
Mental health and wellbeing offerings in the workplace often fail to address individual issues over time for three reasons:
Awareness-raising workshops do not reach a wide audience, and many people feel that the methods don’t suit them – or wouldn’t work
Recent studies show that the positive effects of a technique are short-lived. This is potentially due to individual differences in perception.
Over-reliance on apps that do not address immediate human need, creating emotional distance and increasing the distraction effect.

2. Proprietary methods based on our clinical practice and experience
Morpheose has developed its own methods to create a lasting and positive impact, mostly inspired by emotional and relational psychodynamics.
Our methods are the result of our clinical experience and techniques that we have researched, tested, and applied in our careers. While all of them integrate the cognitive,
emotional, and somatic “trinity,” some focus more on one.
We are inspired by neurophysiology, anthropology, psychology, philosophy, the work of other therapists, and even physics, as well as scientifically based best practices.
T.I. uses attention-based methods, Jungian psychology, Mesoamerican and Spinozan philosophy to help us focus and ignore distractions.
It is useful in modern times and helps individuals to adapt to their own needs and become more independent.
Trance Contact® A Hypnosoma® method
Exploring top-down and bottom-up processes can improve self-awareness.
Our hypno-somatic approach connects bodily responses and cognitive processes. Inspired by martial arts and Afro-Cuban movement,
we enhance this method.
Reframing and Clean
Language
Cognitive reframing is a proven method for adjusting one’s mindset. It is useful in a business setting or in a short session, as it can have
a profound impact. Combining this tool with Clean Language shows the most promising results.
Leveraging Mythico-Ritualist
approach
We create spaces where our clients can escape their routines. Our workshops use breathwork, cacao, and Gnawa music to create
altered states of consciousness through suggestion. At morpheose, we develop our approach to ritualistic accompaniment.
4. Balancing Agency and Structure
Individuals are the missing links in larger structures of interconnected actions. While change and agency come from within, there are structural limits to individual wellbeing.
Morphose’s vision is that any mental health and well-being action without consideration of systemic constraints will fail to achieve positive development.
5. Our typical engagement format
We start with an initial phone call to get to know you and discuss your goals and challenges. We then create a coaching strategy together and talk through each step.
Our 1:1 sessions are medium-length with regular check-ins via email and WhatsApp. They allow for deep exploration, autonomous application and feedback. We also
integrate mindfulness or introspective techniques to assess results and gather feedback.
There is no scientific consensus on the duration or frequency of sessions. We have considered a cycle of six 60-minute sessions every 1-2 weeks. For longer-term support, we
are flexible to reassess and provide ad hoc support.
This format is also used in workshops and retreats to assess fit and goals, and after to facilitate integration. It’s important to focus on both the experience and positive longterm development.
