Welcome to Morpheose. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, programs, and resources across all our service levels: Micro-level (Individual Introspection), Meso-level (Group Journeys), and Macro-level (Global Efforts & Advocacy).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services.
Services Description
Morpheose provides services across three interconnected levels:
- Micro-level | Individual Introspection: One-on-one sessions offering a safe space for guided introspection and self-awareness, adapted to reach each person’s individuality.
- Meso-level | Group Journeys: Group trainings leveraging social dynamics and members’ contributions to deepen authentic exchanges, intimate co-creation, and safe co-exploration.
- Macro-level | Global Efforts & Advocacy: Talks, seminars, and community-based efforts exploring the interconnectedness between individual introspection and wider systems, alongside multifaceted stakeholders.
Booking and Payment
- All services must be booked through our website’s booking form
- Payment must be made through our secure payment portal at the time of booking
- By making a booking, you agree to our cancellation and refund policies
- Virtual and in-person sessions are available for all service levels
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account information
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants
- Engage in a manner that is constructive, respectful, and aligned with the purpose of the service
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not infringe upon the rights of others
Payment Terms
- Fees for our services are as stated at the time of booking
- Payment is required in advance through our secure payment portal
- We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice
- Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy (see below)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the service level:
- Micro-level (Individual Sessions): Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund
- Meso-level (Group Journeys): Cancellation policies vary based on group size and are specified at the time of registration
- Macro-level (Community Events): Ticket transfers are available up to 24 hours before the event
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methodologies, and resources provided as part of our services are owned by Morpheose and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
- Our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all information shared during our services. However, we may be required to break confidentiality in cases of:
- Risk of harm to self or others
- Court order or legal requirement
- Child or elder abuse
- Written permission from you
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
