Mourad Chouaki

Domaines d’intervention

Mourad is a facilitator and therapist, whose work is at the nexus of attention-based
introspection, emotional agility and performance. He assists leaders and teams in
gaining insights from their unconscious internal patterns to foster emotional flexibility
and impactful change.

Mourad has delivered +2000 hypnotherapeutic counseling sessions in his hypnology practice, with leaders in fastpaced and demanding environments. His clients include individuals and teams from Bosting Consulting Group, Gavi, World Economic Forum, WHO, Global Fund, MSF, Red Cross, and more.

He founded morphɘose, a behavioral consulting firm focused on offering introspective
retreats and workshops, designed to deepen participants’ self-awareness and cultivate a
sense of purpose and meaning. He was previously a consultant for BCG, where he was
part of the Social Impact practice, a member of the mindfulness community, a trainer
and a facilitator. He specialized in Global Health and Emergency Preparedness.

Trained initially as a particle physicist, he also holds an MA in political science. His diverse
interests have led him to pursue a competitive karate career, +8 years in guiding hypnosis
and contemplative practices, and a study of various indigenous therapeutic practices.
